Setting Up Your Comfort Cloud

Please note that the zipper tabs have been removed from your Comfort Cloud covers and liners in compliance with Australian laws. To open, insert a paper clip under the safety lock tab, pull to unzip, and remove the paper clip after securely closing the zipper. 

 

For easiest setup, we recommend having two people to help. Here’s how to set up your Comfort Cloud for maximum comfort:

 

1. Choose Your Space 

Decide where you’d like to set up your Comfort Cloud before unboxing. Find a space with enough room to let it fully expand.    

 

2. Unpack and Expand

Carefully open the vacuum-sealed packaging (use caution if using scissors or a knife to avoid piercing the lining) and watch your Comfort Cloud start to expand. The foam will continue to grow over the next few days.

 

3. Attach the Cover

Tie the shoelace strings from the inside of the cover into the loops on the liner to secure it in place. Then, zip up the cover, using a paperclip to close the child-resistant zipper safely.

 

4. Roll and Fluff

Roll, re-fluff, and break up any foam clusters by massaging the Cloud. Continue fluffing over the first few days to help the Comfort Cloud reach its fullest, plushest state.

 

5. Position and Relax

To make sure your Comfort Cloud is perfectly positioned, set it up so the warning label is on the underside. Then, give it your best jump right into the centre, sink in, and relax!

Caring for your Comfort Cloud

Our Comfort Clouds feature a removable, machine-washable cover for easy cleaning. For small spills, gently spot-clean without harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric’s quality. 

 

Do not wash the liner or foam.

 

To wash the cover, use a paperclip to open the child-safe zipper, remove the cover, turn it inside out, wash on a gentle cold cycle, and lay flat to air dry in the shade.

roll, re-fluff & relax

To keep your Comfort Cloud cosy and perfectly plush, we recommend giving it a quick roll and re-fluff before each use. A simple fluff-up helps maintain its inviting, round shape, ensuring a cloud-like comfort experience every time you sink in.

Comfort Cloud is a proud and trusted NDIS Registered Provider, making it easy to use your NDIS funding to purchase our luxury therapeutic sensory products. Here’s a simple guide on how to order based on your NDIS plan type:

How to Purchase:

1. Agency Managed (MyPlace Portal)
We can submit a request directly through the MyPlace portal for eligible Comfort Cloud purchases. This option allows for fast, direct processing with the NDIS. Please contact us with your details to start the process.

 

2. Self-Managed
For Self-Managed participants, simply add your Comfort Cloud items to the cart and proceed to checkout. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a tax invoice to claim your NDIS funds directly.

 

3. Plan Managed (No Quote Required)
If your plan manager does not require a quote, add your products to the cart and select ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ at checkout. You’ll receive a tax invoice that you can forward to your plan manager for payment on your behalf.

 

4. Plan Managed (Quote Required)
If a quote is required by your plan manager, add the desired items to your cart and select “Request a Quote” at checkout. Once your plan manager approves the quote, we’ll convert it to an invoice for processing and payment.

Returns
