At Comfort Cloud, we believe in transparent and fair shipping. Here’s how we make it simple for you:

Free Shipping for Australia, NZ & USA

Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched the same business day whenever possible. 

Orders received after 1:00 pm or on weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with courier details and a tracking number, allowing you to follow your Comfort Cloud’s journey right to your door.

Please carefully refer to our size guide before purchasing your Comfort Cloud, as we do not accept returns once it has been released from its vacuum seal and expanded. If unopened and in its original condition, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
