1. Agency Managed (MyPlace Portal)
We can submit a request directly through the MyPlace portal for eligible Comfort Cloud purchases. This option allows for fast, direct processing with the NDIS. Simply add your Comfort Cloud items to the cart and select 'NDIS Agency Managed' under the payment options at checkout
2. Self-Managed
For Self-Managed participants, simply add your Comfort Cloud items to the cart and proceed to checkout. After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a tax invoice to claim your NDIS funds directly.
3. Plan Managed (No Quote Required)
If your plan manager does not require a quote, add your products to the cart and select ‘NDIS Plan Managed (Invoice Required)’ under the payment options at checkout. You’ll receive a tax invoice that you can forward to your plan manager for payment on your behalf.
4. Plan Managed (Quote Required)
If a quote is required by your plan manager, add the desired items to your cart and select 'NDIS Plan Managed (Quote Required)' under the payment options at checkout. Once your plan manager approves the quote, we’ll convert it to an invoice for processing and payment.
